This is our personal favourite cocoa bean. Grown on the

mountains in the Northwest of Peru’. This is a Criollo

variety and it is considered the most perfect cocoa beans. A

very clear chocolate with gently acidic & fruity flavors.

Criollo requires less fermentation time and less heat to

draw out the rich flavor (so more nutrients).

 The 70 g. bar consists of 70% Piura Peru Cocoa beans and cane sugar.
