With a 70 gr Modica Chocolate bar you can prepare a delicious hot chocolate. In a saucepan pour 180 ml. of water and the chocolate bar cut in pieces. Put on the stove and bring to boil whisking. Turn off as soon as a dense reddish lather comes up. Two servings (in chocolate cups).
