The mix between chocolate and the king of spices, Chili, is a blast of taste and flavors. Here we propose a revisited version of a salty Mexican recipe in the Sicilian way.
You can use this sauce on top of the fried eggplant with roasted nuts, or for most demanding palates, on braised, roast chicken or even sausage.

1 CHILI CHOCOLATE bar
1 glass of white wine
2 tablespoons of EVO
a pinch of salt
1 Chop the onion, then saute it with olive oil until it turns light brown (few minutes);
2 Add the white wine;
3 Add chopped chili pepper chocolate;
4 Stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted, if needed add water to obtain a creamy texture;
5 When you reach the creamy texture add a pinch of salt.
