MOKA BIALETTI
La "Caffettiera", "Macchinetta del Caffè" or "Moka" (Espresso Machine) was Invented in 1933 by Alfonso Bialetti. Before this time, you could have an espresso just in an Italian Bar. Then the magic happened! Everyone was able to reproduce Espresso at home.
Don't worry! Despite the appearance, Moka is very easy to use. It is made of three main components: 1. Il Bollitore (boiler) 2. L'"imbuto filtro" (funnel-shaped filter) 3. Il "Bricco" (Container).
We will show you how to use it below. But just to let you know, the flavor of Moka pot coffee depends greatly on bean variety, roast level, fineness of grind, water profile, and the level of heat used.
